Pre-order terms.

Product status

Physical samples are still in development. Product and styling images show a design direction, not approved finished stock. Final fabric, fit, shade, details and garment measurements may change. The size guide is provisional; email us if you need fit advice before placing a pre-order.

Delivery

No dispatch date has been confirmed. We will email pre-order customers with material progress and a dispatch update before shipping. Delivery in India is charged at ₹379 per order and is shown before payment.

Payment

Founding pre-orders use UPI to the recipient and exact total displayed at checkout. Vervaine verifies each payment manually. Saving an order or submitting a UPI reference does not itself confirm payment. Keep your order code and UPI reference. Never share your UPI PIN or bank password.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation and a full refund any time before dispatch. Email hello@vervaine.in with your order code and, if paid, your UPI reference. Our team will check the payment and arrange the refund; a status change on the website does not automatically move money. If the final product or dispatch plan cannot be delivered, we will contact you with the option to cancel for a full refund.

After delivery and support

For an incorrect or damaged item, email hello@vervaine.in with your order code and photos so we can resolve it. For fit or other concerns, contact us at the same address. We will communicate the confirmed exchange process before the first dispatch.
